The Role
We are working with a
leading Facilities Management / Property company to appoint an
Interim Head of Facilities Management for a high-profile London portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the
strategic and operational management of a large portfolio of office buildings across London, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee FM operations across a substantial multi-site office portfolio
- Manage and motivate on-site and regional FM teams
- Ensure full compliance with H&S, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Drive service performance across hard and soft FM services
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, landlords, and key stakeholders
- Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier performance
- Identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Head of FM / Senior FM / Regional FM
- Strong background managing large office portfolios (commercial real estate)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of hard & soft FM services
- IOSH / NEBOSH or similar qualifications preferred
- Available immediately or at short notice
