Delivery Consultant

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be at the heart of our recruitment engine, owning the candidate journey across your region and sector while working in close partnership with our Account Management team. Your focus will be on finding, engaging, and managing great people, building strong talent networks, and helping drive the growth of the business through smart, proactive delivery.
This is a fast-paced, people-first role where success comes from curiosity, organisation, and the confidence to pick up the phone and have meaningful conversations.
What you’ll be responsible for
You will build and maintain well-structured geographical talent pools, ensuring we always have strong, qualified candidates ready for live and future opportunities. You will source candidates for active vacancies using a mix of job boards, internal databases, LinkedIn, and referrals, while consistently keeping an eye out for new leads and market opportunities.
Through detailed candidate interviews and registration meetings, you will assess skills, experience, and motivations, creating accurate and compelling profiles that support both current roles and wider business development. You will take ownership of CV formatting and presentation, making sure every profile sent reflects a high professional standard and tells a clear, persuasive story.
You will confidently promote vacancies to candidates, bringing roles to life and helping people see the value and potential of each opportunity. Alongside this, you will map client organisations during the registration process, identifying new contacts, monitoring market movement, and sharing valuable intelligence that supports the wider team.
What success looks like
Your performance will be measured through clear, achievable indicators, including candidates added to the system, CVs sent, interviews arranged, and candidate registration meetings completed. More importantly, success will show in the strength of your pipelines, the quality of your candidate relationships, and the trust you build with colleagues and clients alike.
