Boden is seeking an experienced
Stock Condition Surveyor / RdSAP / EPC Assessor to support a major programme of property condition and energy assessments across the
South East based in Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential surveys that directly inform housing standards, compliance, and long-term asset management strategies.
The Role As a Stock Condition Surveyor/EPC Assessor, you will:
- Conduct Stock Condition Surveys, RdSAP assessments, and EPC data collection across a varied residential portfolio
- Accurately capture property and asset data using tablet-based asset management software
- Produce clear, reliable survey information to support investment and maintenance planning
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and reporting requirements
- Work collaboratively with the wider surveying and asset management teams
- Travel across the South East to multiple sites
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys within social housing or residential stock
- Accredited RdSAP / EPC Assessor qualification
- Strong working knowledge of SAP/RdSAP methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data capture skills
- Confident IT skills and experience using mobile/tablet survey software
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive, organised approach and willingness to travel across the region
- Full UK driving licence
