Boden are recruiting for a
QSHE Manager to drive safety culture, operational assurance, and best-in-class management systems across a national portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on protecting people, improving processes, and ensuring contracts consistently meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
What you'll do - Provide expert QSHE support to contract and operational teams
- Lead site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple regions
- Develop and implement safety, quality & environmental systems and procedures
- Investigate incidents and ensure timely close-out of actions
- Produce method statements, safety plans, and compliance documentation
- Deliver training, toolbox talks, and promote a proactive safety culture
- Manage and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications
- Support new contract mobilisations and client compliance audits
- Collaborate nationally to drive continuous improvement strategies
You'll need - NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience across FM, M&E or multi-site environments
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and statutory compliance
- Experience implementing and auditing management systems
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally
