Defects Project Manager

I am looking for a proactive and hands on Defects Project Manager with a strong background in hard services and surveying. This is a dynamic, site focused role, managing building defects from identification through to resolution, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end defects processes across projects
- Carry out detailed inspections and condition surveys of building fabric and M&E systems
- Identify, log, and prioritise defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate contractors and consultants to deliver remedial works
- Review technical reports, drawings, and specifications to inform solutions
- Ensure works are completed in line with quality standards
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders
- Take a hands on approach on site, resolving issues in real time

- Strong background in hard services, surveying, or building maintenance
- Dynamic thinker with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, site based environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
