Are you ready to take charge of engineering operations in a dynamic environment? A leading company in the FM industry is hiring a Engineering Supervisor in Greater London. You'll ensure the highest standards in maintenance and operations while working collaboratively across multiple properties.
The Role As the Engineering Supervisor, you'll:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and engineering activities across three residential properties.
- Ensure proper operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, elevators, and building management systems (BMS).
- Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and common areas to identify defects and ensure service reliability.
- Oversee reactive maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring timely resolution.
You To be successful in the role of Engineering Supervisor, you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Relevant experience in building maintenance and engineering supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
