Are you an experienced Lead Engineer looking for your next challenge within Facilities Management? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading FM provider on a 6-month fixed term contract, overseeing engineering operations at a busy and high-profile site in London.
As the Lead Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing maintenance delivery, supporting compliance, and leading a multi-skilled engineering team to ensure high standards across the site.
The Role As the Lead Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting a multi-skilled Hard FM engineering team
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across M&E systems
- Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining audit readiness
- Managing subcontractors and supporting service delivery standards
- Driving operational performance and continuous improvement across the site
This is a Monday to Friday position, working 40 hours per week within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
About You To succeed as a Lead Engineer, you will ideally have: - Level 3 qualification or above in an engineering discipline
- Previous experience leading engineering or maintenance teams within FM environments
- Strong understanding of compliance and maintenance operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and organised approach to service delivery
