Are you ready to make a tangible impact through technical expertise? A leading company in the FM industry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Surveyor in Greater London. This role involves hands-on problem-solving and ensuring maintenance excellence in a dynamic residential property portfolio.
The Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll: - Undertake property inspections to identify building defects and maintenance requirements
- Diagnose structural and fabric issues and specify appropriate remedial solutions
- Raise, plan and schedule day-to-day and responsive repair works with contractors
- Manage repairs and minor planned works from instruction through to completion
- Ensure statutory compliance including H&S, CDM, and building regulations
You To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, you'll have the following skills and experience: - HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Building Surveying, Construction, or related discipline
- Demonstrable experience in maintenance or responsive repairs surveying
- Strong knowledge of building pathology, construction methods, and remedial techniques
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Full UK driving licence
