The Role
 

As Operations Support, you will: 
  • Act as the main contact for clients, managing the entire process from pricing to scheduling and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition leads into operational success.
  • Utilise CAFM software to track project progress and maintain excellent service delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, facilitating effective communication to meet SLAs and ensure high margins.
  • Support the broader team in delivering exceptional facilities services.

To be successful in this Operations Support role, you will have the following skills and experience: 
  • Experience in facilities management with a strong client-facing approach.
  • Proficiency in CAFM or similar software.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively from inception to completion.
  • Commercial awareness for pricing and tendering.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
