I’m looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong Facilities Management background to support a high-profile, multi-site corporate environment across London. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role with an immediate start. Technical Project Manager ��London (multi-site) ��£400-£450 per day (inside IR35) ��Temp to perm ‼️Please note: some out-of-hours/weekend work may be required. Key responsibilities: �� Deliver technical/engineering projects (M&E, lifecycle, infrastructure) �� Manage projects end-to-end �� Coordinate teams and contractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery �� Act as key stakeholder contact �� Ensure H&S compliance and oversee RAMS �� Manage risks, KPIs, and reporting Experience required: ✔️ FM or built environment background ✔️ Experience in occupied/corporate environments ✔️ Strong understanding of H&S and compliance If this could be of interest, or relevant to someone in your network, feel free to get in touch.
