Are you ready to support impactful projects in an administrative capacity? A leading company in the Facilities Management industry is hiring a Project Administrator in Cambridge. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective project management.
This will be for roughly 6 months with the opportunity to be extended, with the hours being 37.5 per week. The hourly rate will be
£18 per hour through an Umbrella Company paid weekly.
The Role - As the Project Administrator, you’ll support the Director and Project Manager in all usual administrative tasks.
- Work with Facilities Management and Project data to ensure it is being input into the right systems and in the right way.
- Carry out note taking when necessary to ensure all discussions are documented.
- Plan and organise administrative and office management activities to support project efficiency.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for streamlined operations.
- Liaise and collaborate with other departments, managers, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure project success
You - Strong administrative experience with a focus on project support.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using project management software and data management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
