Stock Condition Surveyor/EPC

South East Contract / Temp £250.00 - £300.00 / Day

Boden is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / RdSAP / EPC Assessor to support a major programme of property condition and energy assessments across the South East based in Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential surveys that directly inform housing standards, compliance, and long-term asset management strategies.

The Role
As a Stock Condition Surveyor/EPC Assessor, you will:

Conduct Stock Condition Surveys, RdSAP assessments, and EPC data collection across a varied residential portfolio
Accurately capture property and asset data using tablet-based asset management software
Produce clear, reliable survey information to support investment and maintenance planning
Ensure compliance with industry standards and reporting requirements
Work collaboratively with the wider surveying and asset management teams
Travel across the South East to multiple sites

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys within social housing or residential stock
Accredited RdSAP / EPC Assessor qualification
Strong working knowledge of SAP/RdSAP methodologies
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data capture skills
Confident IT skills and experience using mobile/tablet survey software
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive, organised approach and willingness to travel across the region
Full UK driving licence
