The Role As the Health, Safety, and Risk Manager, you’ll:
- Provide specialist advice to managers and staff to support safe working practices.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and risk assessments aligned with regulations.
- Coordinate inspection and audit activity to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain governance records and ensure compliance documentation is accurate.
- Assist with incident reporting and investigation processes to help prevent recurrence.
You To be successful in the role of Health, Safety, and Risk Manager, you’ll bring:
- A NEBOSH or IOSH-accredited Health and Safety qualification.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyse risks and recommend practical control measures.
- Experience in conducting safety audits and compliance assessments.
- A self-motivated approach and a commitment to promoting safe practices
