Quality, Safety, Health & Enivironmental Manager

Boden are recruiting for a QSHE Manager to drive safety culture, operational assurance, and best-in-class management systems across a national portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on protecting people, improving processes, and ensuring contracts consistently meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
 
What you'll do
  • Provide expert QSHE support to contract and operational teams
  • Lead site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple regions
  • Develop and implement safety, quality & environmental systems and procedures
  • Investigate incidents and ensure timely close-out of actions
  • Produce method statements, safety plans, and compliance documentation
  • Deliver training, toolbox talks, and promote a proactive safety culture
  • Manage and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications
  • Support new contract mobilisations and client compliance audits
  • Collaborate nationally to drive continuous improvement strategies
You'll need
  • NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Experience across FM, M&E or multi-site environments
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and statutory compliance
  • Experience implementing and auditing management systems
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally
