The Role
As the General Handyperson, you’ll:
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to perform general maintenance tasks and assist tradespeople on site.
• Take on various FM duties as directed by the team manager.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across the contract.
• Contribute to local and business zero carbon initiatives, strategically working towards sustainability goals.


You
To be successful in the role of General Handyperson, you’ll bring:
• Solid experience in DIY/general building maintenance.
• CITB relevant certification or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
