A leading company in the FM industry is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Staffordshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead social housing refurbishment and retrofit projects, delivering high-quality results and improving community environments.
The Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll: - Lead and develop a team of operational trades and construction staff.
- Take responsibility for the safe delivery of social housing refurbishment and retrofit projects.
- Manage sub-contracted labour to ensure projects are delivered to specification and on schedule.
- Liaise with clients to provide progress updates and address any project issues.
- Report to the Operations Manager, ensuring all projects meet quality, budget, and safety standards.
You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in project management within construction or refurbishment sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Contract Details - Contract position paying £350–£400 per day.
