A leading FM provider is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Lifecycle Project Manager to deliver M&E and lifecycle projects within a live, 24/7 environment.
The Role You will:
- Manage M&E lifecycle projects from design through to completion
- Deliver works safely, on time and within budget
- Develop scopes of work with clients and secure project sign-off
- Manage subcontractors, procurement and commissioning
- Oversee financial performance, reporting and profit margins
- Ensure full compliance with KPIs, SLAs and ISO standards
About You
- Time-served engineering apprenticeship
- Strong experience delivering M&E / FM projects
- Experience in healthcare or similar critical environments
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Organised, commercially aware and client-focuse
