A leading company in the Commercial sector is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team in Retford on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The Role As the Commercial Manager, you’ll:
- Identify and manage risks associated with educational contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and governance.
- Support the management of contract variations and change controls.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve contract deliverables.
- Lead audits to verify compliance and performance against key deliverables.
YouTo be successful in the role of Commercial Manager, you’ll bring:
- Relevant commercial experience in the education sector.
- A degree or diploma in Surveying or the Built Environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and risk management understanding.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
