Our client is a leading independent construction consultancy known for delivering landmark schemes across multiple sectors. They’re now looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team; someone eager to take ownership, run their own projects, and support the development of junior staff.
This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who wants more autonomy and responsibility while still being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
You’ll be responsible for: - Managing all cost management duties from inception through to completion
- Leading day-to-day project delivery across a diverse portfolio
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing graduates within the team
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring consistent high-quality service
We’re looking for: - MRICS qualified or working towards it
- Consultancy background (essential)
- Experience across office, commercial fit-out, hospitality or life science projects
- A proactive and confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
