We’re representing a growing design and build contractor who specialise in high-end, bespoke residential projects.
They’re now looking for a Site Manager who can take full ownership of luxury one-off new builds, typically valued over £1m.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship, enjoys working closely with clients, and thrives in a detail-focused environment.
The Role: - Oversee the day-to-day management of luxury residential builds
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and with the highest quality finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Maintain strict health & safety standards on-site
- Work closely with clients, architects, and the internal project team
- Take ownership of quality control, snagging, and handover
Who We’re Looking For: We’re open to two possible backgrounds:
- Experienced Project Manager / Site Manager
- Strong track record delivering high-end projects over £1m
- Ability to lead on complex new build residential schemes from start to finish
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
OR - Hands-On Trade Background
- A multi-skilled tradesperson with a keen eye for detail and interest in high-end residential projects
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop into a Site Manager role
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Requirements: - SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid desirable
- A passion for high-quality construction and bespoke builds
