After completing a year in industry whilst at University, Stephen went on to work with large firms like Drivers Jonas and Deloitte, Stephen learned essential business and project management skills. However, as his career progressed, he realised that gaining experience wasn’t just about clocking years in the industry but aligning his work with his passions. The key takeaway? Focus on experiences that offer both professional growth and personal satisfaction.
The Challenges and Rewards of Large Project Delivery
