Quantity Surveyor

United Kingdom Contract / Temp £350.00 - £450.00 / Day

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of billable works projects within a values-driven organisation focused on excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement and tendering of subcontract variations
  • Work closely with the client to ensure value for money across projects and budgets
  • Support financial forecasting, supply chain and contract management
  • Value interim and completed works and manage payments
About You
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, including NEC contracts
  • Confident in risk management and reporting
