The Role As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll:
• Oversee several estates-related projects valued between £3m and £10m on an active site.
• Liaise with senior management to communicate budgetary and timeline updates.
• Manage contractors to ensure compliance with strict Health & Safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with estates, design, and construction teams.
• Utilise the appropriate contract frameworks, including JCT and NEC.
You To be successful in the role of Senior Project Manager, you’ll bring:
• Significant experience in project management within the construction or estates sector.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and timelines effectively.
• Knowledge of contract frameworks such as JCT and NEC.
• A proactive approach to ensuring Health & Safety compliance on-site.
